There is no contraindication if somebody is taking supplements, ayurvedic medicines or yunani or homeopathy for any reason as a general immunomodulator or for treatment of COVID. There are many people taking these form of treatment. The Ministy of Ayush in India also recommends a couple of ayurvedic medicines as immunomodulators. People on supplements can continue to take them before and after COVID vaccine.
